Clockhouse Mews, swaylands, Penshurst
Clockhouse mews was originally the stable block to the grade 2 listed Swaylands estate in Penshurst . Following the demise of Honeygrove Properties the building which had been more recently used as staff accommodation was developed by R&R construction. The scheme involved converting the original block into 6 luxury mews style houses. My brief was to complete the construction package which had been started by the in house architects at Honeygrove and to clear the outstanding planning, listed building and building control conditions |
