The Clockhouse, West Byfleet
The Clockhouse, West Byfleet was a Grade 2 listed building which prior to it’s purchase by Beechcroft developments was a retirement home. The development included splitting the existing building into 9 apartments along with 16 new build houses within the grounds. My involvement was to produce the construction drawings, fire strategy and obtain building control approval whilst also negotiating with the conservation officer and clearing the planning conditions. |
