At AAG Design we are able to offer a complete architectural service in order to provide the high quality home you desire. The services we provide are as follows , Please note that the cost indicated are for guidance only and a full quote will be produced following the initial consultation
Initial Consultation – free
We provide a free initial consultation, were we will come out to your home, discuss your requirements and possible options for improving your home within your budget. This service is completely free and there is no obligation to take the project forward and no hard sell.
Full Measured Survey – From £200
Once appointed we carry out a full measured survey of your existing property, from this survey existing plans and elevations are produced using AutoCAD.
Sketch Schemes – From £150
We consider this an optional part of our service, depending on your requirements there maybe several different ways for us to meet your brief. We will provide a number of sketch schemes for discussion and you can choose the solution which best suits your requirements.
Certificate of lawful development / Planning application / Listed building application – From £200.
Once we have agreed on a preferred scheme we will produce the details plans and elevations as well additional information required for either a certificate of lawful development or planning approval application. We will also submit the application and liaise with the local authority on your behalf. Should a listed building application be required this will also be carried out at this time.
Building Control submissions – From £250.
Once planning permission has been granted any building works will require building control approval, we can produce the required drawings and details for a full plans submission. We will also liaise with any other consultants and the local authority on your behalf.
